Marco - Salon Owner
Hi, I’m Marco. My journey in the world of hairdressing began at a young age, lending a hand in the family business at just 11 years old. Even then, the salon's vibrant atmosphere, the sound of snipping scissors and lively conversations drew me in, sparking my fascination. My father and uncle were barbers, and my mother's family also embraced the world of hairstyling.
In 1992, my path led me to Cheshire, where I embarked on a new chapter – opening my own salon, a place where expertise blends with relaxation, enjoyment and warmth.
Collaboration is key; we work together, support each other, and share a common vision. As the years have unfolded, we take great pride in the salon experience we've collectively created.

Laura - Creative Director
Meet Laura, also known as Mrs Pani. She defies the conventional stereotype of an owner’s wife and loves being seen as just one of the team. Laura's journey in hairdressing began at the age of 15 in Knutsford at her local salon. Her professional path continued with a stint at Vidal Sassoon before she joined me in 1997. Beyond her undeniable skills, Laura's inherent kindness and remarkable rapport with clients have earned her a devoted following.

With a remarkable skill set that spans the entire spectrum of hairdressing, she is a true all-rounder whose talents touch every corner of the industry. Her warm and welcoming way has played a pivotal role in building an extensive local following, which is a testament to her friendly nature.
Lindsey's expertise knows no bounds. She is not only a talent in the art of colouring, cutting, and styling but also a go-to authority for Beauty Works extensions and is trained in weft and micro ring extensions.
Her versatility makes her an invaluable asset to our team, and her wealth of experience echoes throughout the group.
Katy - Creative Director
Katy was an excellent addition to the team in 2021 and brings over 25 years of experience. Her journey in hairstyling started in Romania before moving to Italy, where she honed her craft for more than 15 years before gracing the UK in 2014. With a distinct focus on cutting and styling, her dedication shines through in everything she does.
Katy has a particular talent for working with thick hair; however, she is equally skilled in adding volume to fine hair. This makes her a sought-after stylist and keeps her schedule really busy.
Her expertise in creating beautiful hairstyles for weddings and all occasions makes her a go-to stylist for special-occasion hair. Katy’s reputation precedes her; she is a trusted name in the field.
Haydn - Creative Director
Haydn became a valuable addition to our team when he and his partner Katy joined us in 2021. He has a wealth of experience, having owned and operated his salon for over 12 years.
Haydn's specialization lies in cutting hair, a skill that has earned him a dedicated and steadfast clientele. Alongside his role as a hairstylist, he is also a website designer. This creative pursuit led him to craft the website you're navigating today.
He loves a laugh and joke, which elevates the salon's atmosphere and creates an environment where clients and colleagues feel right at home. Beth - Senior Stylist
Beth has been an integral member of our team since 2016. Starting as an apprentice, witnessing her transformation into the accomplished stylist she is today has been a delightful journey.
Beth boasts a diverse and impressive skillset. Proficient in cutting and colouring techniques, her true brilliance shines when she works her magic with balayage. Her innate talent for creating seamless blends has made her a sought-after name in our area. She also excels in creating curly blow-dries that leave a lasting impression.
Her dedication to staying current with the latest trends has also made her a favourite among our younger clientele, who eagerly seek her expertise for the on-trend looks. Beth's growth from apprentice to stylist is a testament to her commitment and the nurturing ethos within our team.
Eve S - Stylist
Eve joined us as a junior stylist in 2021. Her natural talent captured my attention from the outset. As someone who places immense value on training, it was a pleasure to discover that Eve shared my enthusiasm. She emerged as the perfect student, swiftly ascending to a stylist level at an incredible pace.
Her passion truly ignites when it comes to colour. She has expressed her aspiration to achieve her L'Oréal Colour Specialist degree, a journey we wholeheartedly support. Equally adept in cutting hair, she loves being fully involved in every step of her client's transformations.
Notably, she has also made her mark as an esteemed member of our Style Station team, creating stunning updos for special occasions.
Eve's enthusiasm for growth and learning aligns with the spirit of our salon, and we look forward to witnessing her journey.
